The Bridal Barn & Tux Shoppe was established in 1989 by Elaine DeLorme out of her home in Shelburne Falls, MA. Elaine's goal was to provide quality bridal and formal wear at a reasonable price. Her motto of "Serving our Customers with Honesty and Integrity" was a testament to her mission to provide superior service to all of her customers. Due to increasing business, Elaine in 1993, moved the business to its current location at 425 Greenfield Road, Deerfield, MA.
In 2007, Elaine decided it was time to retire. In 2008 Elaine's son-in-law Kenneth Hartwright purchased the business. Ken has carried on the same tradition of excellence and he has continued to carry out the mission established by Elaine beginning in 1989.
The business has continued to grow and in 2010 Ken requested that Elaine come back into the business as the chief financial officer.
Our vision remains the same: to provide our customers a relaxed store in which to shop for all your bridal and special occasion needs, reasonable prices and reliable service.
